I am always curious about what will give leaders (and others) the winning formula to success. This has been my quest for many years through being a leader, watching others, conferences, books, blogs, vlogs and more. The journey continues.
As we are all different, have had different experiences, have different end goals, and different values / beliefs that journey should and will need to be unique.
However we can always learn from other approaches. The key thing is that as we are wired differently what we gain from events and opportunities is unique and more importantly its what you do with the new knowledge that creates the success.
6 winning leadership traits
I was talking with a Director recently about the things that really have brought her success in the past and which she uses to lay the path for future success and she said:
- Passion
- Commitment
- Clear vision with an openness to how to get there
- Partnership not hierachy
- Valued input
- Being brought along the journey

to your own thoughts

I challenge you when you are next doing what you love whether thats walking, running, cooking, sipping coffee to reflect for a short time. Grab a pen and write your success leadership traits, what traits you would like to grow, when and how you would like to start building further and mark a point in time when you will reflect on their progress.
I love rolling my sleeves up and getting under the skin of a significant challenge working with high energy, new and established teams (mostly entrepreneurs, tech and small businesses) to be productive, high performing and prosperous (healthy and happy).
