We all like to be successful but sometimes we drift along without knowing what that might be, how to start that journey and what milestones you can go through on route.

Here is how to get started

Find a place you feel comfortable.

Follow these coaching questions

Reflect and or answer

Discuss with a friend and or trusted colleague

Identify consciously what might be stopping you

List the resources in time, people, physical resource, investment what you need

Place a time in the diary when you will start and when you will update your progress and reassess the best way to get there (repeat regularly)

Answer these questions

  1. What is your picture of success?
  2. What do you see, hear and feel when you have success?
  3. What steps have you used in the past to achieve success?
  4. Which of your strengths will support meeting your success?
  5. How will you identify areas of your system to develop?
  6. Which of your team, individual and or organisation strengths can you utilise to maximise the impact and success?
  7. What will you do to get started?
  8. When will you start?

How can you apply step 6 this to yourself, business, leaders and teams?

We all know that having direction is a great place to start whatever the size of success

Would be great to hear your progress and hear about your journey
