I love a great challenge / problem to get my teeth stuck into. However its my passion that drives me through that problem not necessarily just the passion.

Passion for me comes in many forms. It can be the topic, the time in the business life cycle of the company you are with, the energy working with a high performing team and or the crisis mode you find yourself in.

However at the core of all this is the problem / challenge that is reason for the team and individual being part of the task in the first place. It is the skill of those people to make things happen that is key. Given the work of Josh Bersin and the debate of the future of work. Being guided by the problem will be key along with some grit, determination and your ability to channel your passion.
