We seem to complicate things
More than we need to.
As you walk in nature.
In the rain.
You can watch as water
Finds new routes.
It seemingly, effortlessly
Explores.
And After a while
Creates a new stream.
It sometimes feels that
As humans when things are new.
We over complicate and hesitate.
In so doing don’t allow
Our metaphoric stream get started.
We can learn from water
By seeing and doing
The best things that context will allow us.
And respond like water by meandering around.
And taking the best of what can be found.
