Having an ear to listen and a beating heart to share is invaluable

Thanks for sharing this — yes you dont have to have a business partner but having someone to bounce ideas off, keep you on track and not allow your strengths to go in over drive is a must.

In my experience there is also a tendency to stick to the cause rather than change tack (when you could and or should). Allowing a coach and or mentor to support you is invaluable.
