Mornings or first thing in your day isnt for everyone however there is nothing better than the feeling of achieving something before breakfast or your first appointment.
For me I like to get my personal development for the day sorted before people have woken for the day. This can be in the form of swimming, yoga, reading, running, meditating, walking or thinking with a white board and pen.
OK so learning isnt everyones value but which of your values could you support before dawn? Is this your Why as Benjamin talks about?
We are all guilty of continuing in our comfort zone. When you deliver in the first ’90 minutes’ you kinda get that extra boost that anything is possible and allows you to push through your unconscious bias and limiting beliefs..
Agree with your epiphany ideas — working without eating, visualising your end goal, knowing your end goal, remove distractions, after exercise — I’d also add that by not being distracted by the people who you admire and how they go about what they do. You haven’t been part of their journey and so you dont know what tiny steps the have made and we are all unique.
The beginning of the day tends to be the time you have the most control of as the ‘working day’ has started (or you havent let it start you) and so go and grab the best time of the day and be the best you.
