Sense of achievement is not the same as success.

We all like to complete something.

In so doing we may achieve a goal.

The goal might not reach the end state or your definition of success.

An accumulation of achievements whether

Good or bad (pass or fail)

Can give you your route to success.

Success is a feeling we get when we reach a destination of a larger goal.

That has come about by lots of different steps.

Sometimes people forget these steps

And wish they could jump through achievements to success quickly.

The reality is that success takes many steps.

And in many cases the journey is continuous.

It’s the small achievements whether or good or bad.

That allows us to have the feeling

That we are heading in the best / right direction.

In fact on the route to success.
